I’m originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, and I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Gannon University in 1987. I started my professional career in television at WJET in Erie in 1985 while in college. In 1988, I moved to Pittsburgh to work at WTAE-TV as the technical director for the evening news and production editor.

In 1996 I created BluMars Media, a company specializing in content creation and marketing. The idea was to cut out the middleman and make production more affordable with the same type of talent. My contacts are highly skilled and independent; we always strive to please our clients. They need to because we are only as good as our last job. There are no salaries in our world. Big production companies have big, hungry staffs, which are only sometimes needed and can over-complicate the production process --raising costs unnecessarily. We can be as big as needed. Our size is project-based.

As my client base grew, they demanded more advice and counsel for competitive marketing ideas. So regularly, I hunt for cutting-edge technology to give my clients and me an advantage.

I live in Franklin Park, 10 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh, with my wife, Alison, and daughter, Caroline.
